Background

University of the Arts London has been working to improve the experience of the University’s digital products by making user personas which are diverse and flexible.

Approach

We have performed research for the personas through field research, face to face interviews and user testing with staff, students, business experts and parents. Investigation on each type of users to discover how they interact with digital service and tools, digital habits and engagement with the University.
